Dr Nick Brook

Dr Nick Brook MBBS MRCOG is a consultant gynaecologist and board accredited subspecialist in female and male reproductive and post reproductive medicine and surgery.

He studied medicine at Imperial College and went on to complete his training and research in London teaching hospital including St Thomas', Guys and the Hammersmith hospitals. He moved to the Fertility department of Southampton University Hospital in 2006. He worked and developed the service until leaving for the Middle East in 2024 where he used his knowledge gained from his extensive 35yr NHS career to help establish a new IVF unit at HMG Women's Hospital, Riyadh.

Dr Brook is a British Fertility Society accredited trainer and has worked clinically in IVF extensively since 1999. He has performed many thousands egg collections, embryo transfer and has experience in dealing with complex fertility cases.

As well as being an active member of the RCOG, he is a member of other learned societies including the GMC, British Fertility Society, ESHRE and British Menopause Society.

Dr Brook has enjoyed his time overseas and is delighted to be practising back in the UK and embracing his role as Medical Director of Wessex Fertility.
